Carpetex feature two new products

4 September 2006

Carpetex have recently introduced Merpin 8011, a special development for successful soaking of stale rawhides. The product is characterised by hydrotropic and dirt and scud dispersing properties. Deposits and impurities are converted in removeable condition by washing. With the use of Merpin 8011 the water absorption takes place uniformly throughout the whole crosscut, even when raw hides with high natural fat content are put into work. Another new product is Hydrophan 8074 NEW, which is highly concentrated and very active in emulsifying natural fats, scud, lime and chrome soaps. It is active against loose grain.
