Coach to speak to New England Tanners Club

This year delegates will receive presentations from Coach and Prime Asia.

Dennis Laplume and Steven Perry of luxury leather goods brand, Coach, will cover the entire development of the Coach leather handbag from concept through to the finished article. They will provide us some background on Coach, the structure of Coach Leather Management, and the NY development team and Field team. They will share Coach’s inspiration and concepts, commercialisation, production, and lastly the manufacturing of Coach products.

Sarah Swenson of Prime Asia will discuss the ecological challenges every company faces. She will show how Prime Asia measure ecological challenges and explore the footprint of a product. Swenson will provide us with the different types of footprints, discuss how it is applied when looking at the shoe industry, and how to reduce each product’s footprint to benefit the end customer.
