Crispin Dynamics explore Wenzhou

Crispin Dynamics, the UK-based developer of CAD/CAM systems for shoemaking, have recorded a further expansion of their business activities within Far Eastern territories and particularly within China. This trend of continued growth prompted a recent visit to China by CRISPIN Dynamics' agency sales manager, Graham Vollans. Vollans commented: 'The purpose of my visit to China was to meet with our strategic partners, Orisol Asia Ltd and Investronica Sistemas, as well as to appoint a new local distributor for our systems within the Wenzhou Province. We now have representation in Asia through offices in Dongguan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Qingdao and Taiwan. During my stay in Wenzhou I was privileged to have had meetings with the Wenzhou Leather Footwear Association as well as holding demonstrations at several of the local factories currently producing ladies' and men's high fashion footwear. 'Later in the year I will be returning to the region to attend the International Shoe Machinery and Raw Materials Exhibition in Wenzhou as well as to conduct customised in-house seminars for some of those local manufacturers. During the exhibition we will be presenting the latest developments within our new CAD Suite range of fully-integrated shoemaking software. Whilst China currently represents our largest market, we have some exciting business coming out of the USA and continued stability within Europe. Therefore, we will be looking to expand our global network of agents and distributors for at least the remainder of this year.'
