Fats & oils congress in Seattle

The American Oil Chemists´ Society (AOCS) will be hosting their 99th Annual Meeting and Expo from May 18-21, 2008, in Seattle, Washington, USA.

The Ostrich Resources Newsletter says this an opportunity for its members to study ways in which this income can be earned from ostrich fat. Topics covered include a short course on lipid oxidation and antioxidants, as well as a short course on biodiesel: processing, chemistry and production.
