LG Chem merge dye business

LG Chem, recently spun off from LG Chemical, have announced that they will merge their dyes business with M Dohmen, German suppliers of textile and leather chemicals. Dohmen will take over LG Chem's Korean dyes business and their 75% stake in Tianjin LG Specialty Chemical. In return, LG Chem will take a 49% stake in Dohmen said to be worth US$34 million.
