Macao - foreign trade figures

The Census and Statistics Department of Macao reports that Macao imported 86,902 kilos of raw hides and skins and leather, worth US$954,000 in the first two months of this year, compared with 51,311 kilos worth US$90,085 in the same period in 2002. Macao's exports of the same types of commodities in January and February this year totalled 84,689 kilos worth US$586,250), against 80,504 kilos worth US$198,750 in the same months in 2002.
