Management changes at TFL Group

Effective December 31, 2010, Werner Kleinloh left TFL and resigned from his position as CEO as well as Chairman of the Management Board. Eugen Katzenstein and Peter Amann remain in the Management Board in their current positions.


Eugen Katzenstein has a commercial diploma in banking and a degree in economics and worked for several banks and for a number of multinational companies, such as Lonza and Novartis. Before joining TFL he was CEO on an own MBO. Since September 2001 he has been CFO of TFL and in 2007 became a Managing Director of the TFL Group. He continues to be responsible for finance, controlling and administration as well as for the leather markets in the Americas and South EMEA.

Peter Amann received his diploma and doctorate in Chemistry in 1988. He held various positions in the TFL group and takes particular care of the markets in Asia and North EMEA. He continues to be responsible for Marketing, Research and Supply Chain.

TFL is present in 90 countries with 19 TFL subsidiaries and about 50 exclusive agents and distributors creating value for its customers with high quality tanning solutions.
