Multi-vibrational staking from Kela

Kela launched a four headed vibrational staking machine, Vibrasoft-SS-Quatro, at Tanning Tech. With major car leather producers changing to chrome-free leathers there is more need for comprehensive staking. Its main use is for staking and stretching whole hides, mainly for upholstery. First the machine stakes intensively in the back bone and flank areas. This is followed by a staking of the whole hide and then a relaxing and stretching process. There are two more whole hide staking processes before the hide is removed from the machine.
