SFT F 6767 A is an emulsion of natural, medium-hard waxes and its high concentration makes it particularly useful in obtaining highly reactive finishings. SFT F 6767 A has a universal usage. It can be used in ground coats, intermediate and in final top coats and, when used in polishable ground coats, it helps to obtain a good sealing result and high polishability. Added in top coats for glazed and/or plate finishings, SFT F 6767 A favours the forming of a transparent and shiny gloss with a warm touch, improving reactivity and reglossability, also during the shoe manufacturing. Thanks to its non-ionic charge, SFT F 6767A is very versatile since it can be used both in cationic mixtures and in anionic solutions. SFT F 6767 A can be used in cationic ground coats (as in 3509F recipe), in anionic ground coats, intermediate and in glazed gloss (as in 3504F recipe), in 'burnish' finishing (as in 3508F recipe), and in 'vintage' type removable reactive effects (recipe 3502F). SFT F 6767 A is a beige fluid liquid and is a water emulsion of natural, high-quality waxes. Its pH (sol 10%) is 5.0 +-1 and it is non-ionegenic. The product is water-dilutable in any proportion and its dry content is 37.5 +-2. The usage quantities, according to the kinds of use, can vary from 30 to 100g/l. Alpatop F 93 D is water-based topcoat with a medium dull appearance, as normally required for natural looking leathers. Alpatop F 93D is a ready-to-use product and it only requires the addition of suitable quantities of a cross-linking agent (Alparet or Alparet ISO). Alparet F 93 D produces a film with good flexibility, excellent light fastness and a pleasant waxy-greasy feel. Alpatop F 93 D has been designed as a final top coat for upholstery leather (full grain or corrected grain), but it also recommended for any article, with a natural semi-dull look, where very high physical properties are required. The cross-linking of Alpatop F 93 D is enhanced by dry milling, temperature and time. The final touch is pleasant, waxy and talc like and is improved by kiss plate or light ironing. Touch feels modifiers can be added, but they must be carefully tested to verify that they do not cause whitening effects or spew after ageing. To increase or decrease the shine, Alpatop F 93 D can be mixed with Alpatop F 91 (shiny) or with Alpatop F 90 Matt (dull). Alpatop F 93 D is an opalescent liquid and has a pH (sol 10%) of 9 +-1. It has an anionic charge and a dry content of 20 +-1. SFT F GR8 is a touch modifier which is suitable for final polyurethane-based fixing agents. It provides a full, waxy and greasy touch without altering the physical properties of the final topcoat, which has been modified. It is a medium-viscous beige liquid and is a homogeneous mix of natural and synthetic products in a water dispersion. It has a pH (sol 10%) of 8 +-1 and an anionic charge. It is water-dilutable in any proportion and has a dry content of 20 +-1. SFT F GR8 can be added to ALPA water-based, cross-linking final top coats, such as Alpatop F 93D, alone or combined with other touch modifiers. A particular final touch is achievable combining SFT GR8 with R PU F 558, because of its 'wet', natural touch and matt look, without whitening effects and it can be ironed well at medium temperatures, without any halo effect. R PU F3 Matt is a medium-hard polyurethane compound with a dulling effect. It has to be used in the covering solutions where it is necessary to eliminate the excessive gloss of the finishing, without compromising the fastnesses. The film obtained with R PU F3 Matt is natural and it can be perfectly dry milled. R PU F3 Matt provides a finish with a very elegant appearance, notably improving the general resistance, something which isn't otherwise achievable with the inorganic, aqueous and matt traditional fillers. It is advisable to use R PU F3 Matt in all the full-grain, semi-aniline or full-aniline finishings, together with the other ALPA auxiliaries. It is particularly suitable to use R PU F3 Matt on nappa leathers, for a very natural kind of clothing, shoe upper, leathergoods and upholstery, in order to improve the leather surface uniformity and make invisible any small defect on the leather grain. R PU F3 Matt is a white liquid and has a pH of 9 +-1. It has an anionic charge and a dry content of 21 +-1. SFT P 5005 is a finishing penetrator. SFT P 5005 can be used in order to drive the grain into waxy ground coats when required, and it is fundamental in optimising the leather's sealing, without overloading the finish. SFT P 5005 can be successfully used as Lustral Wax BB's carrier in 'burnish' buffed finishing, such as 3567F, 3570F, 3571F. It is an opalescent fluid liquid and comprises surface-active agents in a water-glycolic solution. It has a pH (sol 10%) of 7.5 +-1 and an anionic charge. It is water-dilutable in any proportion and has a dry content of 4.3 +-0.5. Lustral Wax BB is a balanced mix of high quality waxes with particular oils, which is characterised by a high sealing power and reactivity. Leathers which are treated with Lustral Wax BB are matt, with a whitening appearance and good brushing sensitivity. Lustral Wax BB gives a particularly pleasant, talc-like and slippery touch. When it is used on non-reactive buffed crusts, Lustral Wax BB gives an intense 'burnish' effect covering the leathers' imperfections. Thanks to its high sealing power, it is fundamental to carry its penetration into the leather's pore using the specific penetrant SFT P 5005. This permits optimal adhesion and reactivity. Because of the non-ionic charge of some of its components, it is possible (after carrying out compatibility tests) to add Lustral Wax BB in order to increase the sealing power of both anionic and cationic base coats. Lustral Wax BB is a whitish fluid liquid and is an homogeneous mix of high quality, synthetic and natural waxes in water emulsion. It has a pH (sol 10%) of 8.5 +-1, an anionic charge and a dry content of 45 +-2.
