Offenbach year about to start

The exhibition year 2005 of the International Leather Goods Fairs Offenbach kicks off with I.L.M Essentials, the International Leather Goods Fair for novelties worldwide and innovative basics which takes place from January 29-31. Through the year three individual events will take place. I.L.M Essentials is positioned as the forum for global innovations in design and function of leathergoods and accessories in the field of profession and school, leisure time, sports, and travel - it is the platform for the latest collections of 180 suppliers from inland and abroad. Again at this event, the Global Club Forum will be located in Hall A4 for those seeking international contacts and in particular volume business and joint venture activities. Among others suppliers from China and India show their current range of articles mostly in country community stands. The target group of the fair is the leathergoods retail trade, the special compartments of the big department stores and the mail order companies and above all the trade with gift and promotion articles, school and office need as well as the trade of sports goods, clothing and shoes. About 4,000 trade visitors from at home and abroad are expected to come to the I.L.M. Priority in the exhibition range of the I.L.M Essentials is given to bags, suitcases, and accessories for leisure time, sports and travelling, new product lines for school and business, a big selection of attractive small leather goods and gift articles, handbags for everyday use and evening fashion as well as umbrellas, gloves, belts and other fashionable highlights. The Trend Lounge in Hall B2 will offer a first view of autumn/winter. Ranging from an elegant retro look over plain, androgynous austerity, from imaginative style mix to splendour and glamour: the autumn/winter fashion 2005-06 shows many attractive facets. Some first impressions of the new colour trends and fashion topics as to the coming season will be presented in the Trend Lounge. Access for visitors is on all three fair days from 9 am to 6 pm. Entrance is only possible for trade visitors with corresponding legitimation. Tickets can be bought at the price of 15 euros (permanent ticket) or 10 euros (day ticket) at the ticket desk or in advance. Visitors who come to all three fairs of the I.L.M Offenbach are offered an interesting annual ticket.
