Receivers called in

At the end of March the receivers were called in at Southern Pacific Sheepskins who have state of the art premises in Melbourne. British owner Brian Conroy is said to have been dividing his time between the two countries with a son located in each to run the business. The receiver originally estimated debts at Aus $9 million owed [mainly] to butchers but this has subsequently been increased to $13.4 million.
