Russian plans for Vietnamese tannery untrue

We apologise to readers for publishing misinformation about a proposed new tannery in Vietnam which was supplied to us by a news service. We have been asked to publish a disclaimer by ZAO 'Russkaya Kozha', Ryazan, Russia. They write: 'we just read from the Leather Magazine e-mail bulletin the news about our 'announced' plans to set up a tannery in Vietnam. This untrue. Acually we do not have any such plans and we officially beg you to publish a disclaimer.' We apologise for the confusion.
