Saric are highlighting the following finishing products: Expanding Binder 4171, a new generation of binder. Easy to prepare, used with a roller coater, pad or a normal spray gun, the results obtained are excellent. You can obtain outstanding hiding power, covering all defects on low grade hides and skins (pin holes, scars, splits etc). Binder 4171 has good embossing properties, keeping the softness of the leathers and gives a film with a very strong resistance in low temperature. Sarifill 4130 is a compact water based wax aimed at filling grain defects on lower grade selections. Following application, the leather is polishable to provide a high surface finish. Sarifill 4130 is a natural filler, which allows the tanner to apply a finish afterwards. Sariwax 4118 is a wax designed to be used on leathers which require a burnished appearance. The water based product is particularly suitable for footwear upper and some garment leathers as it provides a highly fashionable look. Filler Mat CB 3925, is a matting agent with good filling properties. Strong non ionic matting agent. Excellent filling and hiding properties. Improves the plate release. Used both with cationic or anionic chemicals. CB Range offering outstanding cationic finishing which will improve the quality with CB Pigments, CB Binder 3918, Caseine CB 3927, CB Waxes. Flanche C for refinishing use. Reactive binder used in combination with Flanche D. PU 1681 is an outstanding pu binder. Very good adhesion on fatty leathers. Sariwax 2022 is a soft wax. When dry milled it gives a good, pleasant handle to the leather. Keeps the leather soft. Top PU 4072 water based aliphatic which gives a very shiny fixation with a transparent look. Sariwax 4044 is a slightly cationic water based feel modifier giving a silky and unctuous handle. Emulac 202/13 water/solvent top fixation. It is a solution of plasticised nitro-cellulose in a non flammable organic solvent. It gives a shiny and full top with very good wet and dry rub fastness. For all kinds of leather. Flanche 3823 is an outstanding hard binder for a crystal finish used in combination with Flanche 3834. Feeling Agents in a solvent base: Sariwax CT1 (slippy); Sariwax 2046 N (waxy/silky); Sariwax M41 (tacky).
