Seventh Moscow LeShow takes place in July

13 July 2004

The International specialised exhibition of goods from the leather and fur industry, LeShow 2004, has taken place from July 6-8, 2004 at Moscow's Krasnaya Presnya Exhibition Complex (Expocentre) in pavilions 1 and 2. The LeShow exhibition is becoming increasingly popular each year. In 2004, LeShow became the world's third-biggest event among similar exhibitions, both in terms of the number of exhibitor companies and the amount of space used (the overall exhibition space of LeShow is 22,000 sq m). LeShow is Russia's only exhibition that brings together fur and leather industry experts, manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers, retailers and fashion designers, enabling them to establish business contacts, sign contracts, learn about new technologies, products and fashion novelties and also be briefed on the fur and leather market situation. According to an official study by the Comcon company, more than 10,000 people visited LeShow in 2003 of whom almost 90% were the exhibitors' potential partners. More than 210 companies took part in the seventh LeShow including leading manufacturers and trading companies from the UK, Argentina, Spain, Italy, France, China, and Russia. By attending the exhibition, such companies are able to exchange new ideas, unveil new collections, become accustomed to the latest methods in processing, and sign mutually beneficial contracts . The range, bright colours, and modern designs of clothes, accessories, sumptuous furs and - more importantly - the excellent quality of the products, left no visitor indifferent, while the daily fashion shows gave an atmosphere of festive and colourful entertainment to the exhibition.
