Pulcra tell us that their expertise provides multifunctional products for the soaking to beamhouse process steps. Perdol BSM, Perdol BSM/N are special biodegradable complex active esters and emulsifiers with fast and efficient soaking performance, enabling high penetration, wetting, cleaning and degreasing activities without antibacterial activity.

Perdol VEL utilises specific enzymes which are efficient for fast soaking of even dry hides/skins and lipoactive components for unique cleanliness and brilliance with no risk of fat spew. Sharpening agents afford the media for safe and effective soaking. The bating action of Pellucit 1000E stands out because of its new specific enzyme components to guarantee soft but not loose character in a shorter time with extra cleanliness and guarding against blood stains and fatty substances. When it comes to degreasing, Pulcra say their know-how helps customers choose the right product for their needs. The company's portfolio, including Foryl BE/C, Foryl D7, Foryl DM, Foryl EKO, Foryl HIC, Foryl NC, Foryl VLC 3, is environmentally friendly, fulfilling all criteria required for efficient and guaranteed degreasing; homogenous distribution of remaining grease; low foaming performance and no risk of fat spew for variable process steps in the degreasing of sheepskin to bovine or doubleface to pigskin leather types. Foryl D7 is a new efficient degreasing agent which offers control of foam formation during the sheepskin degreasing process and subsequent tanning process.
