Stahl introduce fashion style booklet
2 February 2010Stahl have recently issued a new style fashion booklet ‘Leather Preview Spring-Summer 2011’. Working in close collaboration with the company’s new fashion consultants, Bianco & White, this new presentation follows a similar innovative style to that of the recent ‘Colour Forecast’ booklet. Crisp clean images combine with an impressive selection of real leather samples to present the latest global trends in leather finishing in a way which will inspire and encourage the reader towards the creation of new ideas in leather.
Designed in a brilliant new format which captures the imagination and presents its fashion scene in the same four groups, Tramp, Smooth, Tonic and Spotless, as did the ‘Colour Forecast’. In this novel way, the two booklets complement each other and give the leather finisher a complete picture of fashion colours and leather surface effects for the spring and summer of 2011.
Within each group, Stahl presents a selection of leather samples, each of which is aimed at illustrating the look of colour mix predictions on real leather and using typical finishing effects. The format of the booklet clearly shows the relationship between leather images and colours. Completing the picture, beneath each sample is an indication of the thickness of the sample and some of its potential applications.
As one of the fashion leaders in the leather industry, Stahl is using this new presentation of leather to show finishers how to develop new ideas for the fashion market in spring and summer 2011 and in doing so, to push out their own boundaries by introducing new thinking to their leather.
