Tannery for sale or business partnership

A tannery near Hradec Kralove, South Bohemia, Czech Republic, is for sale or for a joint venture with a strong business partner. The buildings and surrounding land have an area of about 50,000 m². The tannery itself is located in ground floor production buildings equipped with all the necessary utilities (electricity, gas, steam boilers, ventilation and air conditioning, wastewater treatment etc and complemented by a staff building. The floor of the main production building (11,000 m²) is made of acid resistant paving and one third of the building, formerly the wet-end workshop, is built in an impermeable basin.
