TFL open beamhouse facility

TFL, the worldwide company exclusively serving the leather industry inaugurated their new beamhouse production facility in Huningue, France last December. The new production building is located in the premises of TFL France SA, which traditionally concentrates on the production of syntans. TFL France SA also shelter the worldwide logistics department of the company. The benefits of this FF18 Million investment are shorter lead times enabling faster deliveries to customers. The production of beamhouse products, which will start with 3,000 tonnes in 2001, is planned to be increased to 10,000 tonnes by year 2003, in order to better meet the growing demand for high quality beamhouse products.
