Third orientation course scheduled due to high demand

Due to over-whelming demand, The Leather Research Laboratory has scheduled a third Leather Orientation Course for this year. The seminar will be held November 19-20 at the University of Cincinnati, and is designed specifically for product retail and manufacturing industry professionals involved in leather purchasing, quality assurance, product design, and sales. The course is also invaluable for tannery sales staff and new employees. This intensive seminar provides participants with the knowledge and understanding critical for leather selection, the formulation of in-house performance standards necessary for quality assurance, product development, and strategic decision-making. Customers for this unique training experience routinely represent the automotive, aircraft, furniture, garment, personal goods, and athletic shoe industries. Specific brand-name companies having recently attended include Harley Davidson, Delphi Automotive, Lear Corporation, Coach Leather, Lands End, L.L.
