Toggle drier from Derimaksan

Turkish machinery manufacturers Derimaksan have introduced the Junior Toggle Drier for small hides and skins. The Junior Toggle Drier machine is the first of its type to be produced by Derimaksan and is an alternative to other toggle driers as it offers an enhanced performance. The machine can be opened and accessed from all the directions thanks to its toggling frames and only needs two operators to work the machine. It has the capacity to stretch approximately one piece every 30 seconds. Therefore, in a typical 8 hour working day, 960 pieces can be processed on a single frame. The stretching process can be adjusted in all directions from 0-65mm and can be set according to the kind of leather and process. The machine can be operated with fewer operators and it is possible to achieve a higher performance. Another advantage of the Junior Toggle Drier is that it requires less space than other similar machines. The stretching of leather is better thanks to its high heat capacity. Therefore the shrinkage of the leather after stretching process is minimised. The toggling frames work quietly thanks to special conveyors, which are rodless, require low maintenance and are long-lasting. The Junior Toggle Drier is controlled with a PC so that operating of machine is not complicated and it also reduces the risks of machine failure.
