Turkish capacity utilisation in August

Turkey's State Statistics Institute reports that the Turkish leather industry was operating at 59.3% of its overall production capacity in August, compared with 63.3% in the same month last year. In comparison, Turkey's manufacturing industry was operating at 71.6% capacity in August, as against 70.2% in August 2005.
