Uzbekistan sheep flocks increase

The number of sheep at the Tamdy livestock enterprise in the district of the same name in Uzbekistan has increased to 61,700, according to the Uza news agency.


Sheep numbers at the Saribel Farm in the Kanimeh district have increased by 40%, with similarly large increases recorded at farms in the Samarkand and Kashkadarya region. The state-owned Uzbek Korakuli Company is now breeding 2.3 million sheep.
