Israel eight-month foreign trade

Israel's Central Statistics Bureau reports that Israel exported raw hides and skins, and leather and leather products, worth US$11 million in the first eight months of this year, compared with US$7.7 million in the same period last year. Israeli imports of the same types of commodities in the January to August period were worth US$65.5 million, as against US$52.9 million in the same period in 2004.
