New president of Indian Shoe Federation

The managing director of the Florence Shoe Co Ltd, Aqeel Ahmed, was elected as the president of Indian Shoe Federation on August 19, 2005 at the Annual General Body Meeting held at Chennai, India.

Members of Indian Shoe Federation consist of various shoe manufacturers and component manufacturers who collectively represent the Government of India in formulating policy decisions in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
