Board changes at Iconography
In line with his growing interest in nature conservancy and butterlflies, Dudley Cheeseman has decided to diminish his involvement in the leather and footwear industries. Having recently resigned from his long-term directorship at SATRA, he has now just left the board of Iconography.
For most of his career, Dudley Cheeseman worked with Clarks as the director in charge of manufacturing and sourcing, and later in his career he was a director of the European board of Wolverine.
He is pictured in his last duty as director receiving the Investors in People Award on behalf of Iconography from the IiP Chairman, Tim Melville Ross. Also in the picture is Michael Redwood, another leather industry veteran, who will be replacing Dudley Cheeseman on the Iconography board.
Tim Melville Ross, who is also a long-time shareholder in Iconography, was given a demonstration of the work that Iconography do for clients such as Timberland and Pittards. He was particularly impressed with the utilisation of their specialist digital media management tools allowing companies to tailor their offering to suit the audience and to get the best value out of their marketing and training resources.
At the award ceremony held at Iconography's Somerset offices recently, Tim Melville-Ross commented: 'This highly flexible and adaptable digital content manager, which has already changed the way Timberland have approached training, promotion and brand advocacy, is set to move corporate communications well beyond what is currently available from proprietary presentation content management products such as Microsoft Powerpoint.'
