Macedonian nine-month production

Macedonia's State Statistical Office reports that leather industry production in Macedonia in the first nine months of this year was 17.5% lower than in the same period in 2004. In comparison, overall industrial output in Macedonia in the January to September period was 8.2% higher year-on-year.
The average gross monthly wage in the Macedonian leather industry in the first eight months of this year was US$102, 1.7% higher than in the same period in 2004. In comparison, the average gross monthly wage in Macedonia in the January to August period was 2.2% higher year-on-year at US$409.
