Belarus production quotas in 2006

The Belarusian government says it has included leather footwear and leather haberdashery in a list of 38 products that will be subject to production quotas in 2006, according to the Interfax news agency. The quotas have been introduced in order to avoid overproduction on the Belarusian market.
