Irish production in February

Ireland's Central Statistics Office reports that the production of leather and leather products in Ireland in February was 9.7% lower than in the same month in 2005. The combined turnover of leather industry companies in February was 14.7% lower year-on-year.
Ireland's Central Statistics Office reports that the number of cattle slaughtered at abattoirs in Ireland in February was 137,800 head, as compared with 131,900 head in the same month in 2005.
