Smithfield expansion in Arizona

According to Cattle Buyers Weekly, Smithfield Foods are undertaking a significant expansion of their Tolleson, Arizizona, beef processing plant. The expansion will increase the plant's kill capacity by 39% from 1,800 to 2,500 head per day.
