Craig Boyd resigned as president of SLTC SA at the end of January due to increased global responsibilities with Simitri Specialty Chemicals. Nigel Dunning has been appointed acting president until such time as an agm can be held and new office bearers elected. As a result, there will not be a Society of Leather Technologists and Chemists Convention in South Africa in 2006.
