Livestock development in Altai region

The regional government in Altai in Siberia and the Russian Agricultural Bank have signed an agreement to implement a programme to provide loans to regional livestock farms, according to BISNIS, part of the US Department of Commerce, Washington DC. The farms will use the loans to modernise and expand their operations.
