Irish first quarter foreign trade

Ireland's Central Statistical Office reports that Ireland imported raw hides and skins, and leather, worth 800,000 euros in the first quarter of this year, compared with 700,000 euros in the corresponding period in 2005. Irish exports of the same types of commodities in the first quarter were worth 26.4 million euros, as against 16.1 million euros in the same period last year.
