Albanian five-month foreign trade

Albania's National Statistics Institute reports that Albania imported leather and leather products worth US$28.3 million in the first five months of this year, compared with US$24.1 million in the same period in 2005. Albanian exports of the same types of commodities in the January to May period were worth US$6.96 million, as against US$5.70 million in the corresponding period last year.
