Irish foreign trade

Ireland's Central Statistics Office reports that Ireland exported raw hides and skins worth 41.2 million euros in the first five months of this year, compared with 28 million euros in the same period in 2005. Imports of the same types of commodities in the January to May period were worth 1.7 million euros, as against 800,000 euros in the corresponding period last year.
