Russian first half exports

Russia's State Customs Committee reports that Russia exported leather and leather products worth US$187 million to countries outside of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in the first half of this year, according to the Interfax news agency. Exports of the same types of commodities to CIS countries were worth US$7.2 million. Leather and leather products imports from non-CIS and CIS countries in the same period were worth US$127 million and US$1.3 million respectively.
