Dear Sam, Good to read your latest, but I wish that it did not depress me so!
I have looked at the FAO website, with all its projects proposed etc. That FAO/CFC agenda is such an unreal world, with the activities funded by those of us who pay tax. Nobody seems to actually know what is happening in reality.
I see that the SFF could not be accepted at present because there has not been an evaluation of the economic loss caused by bad flaying practice! Perhaps that shows how blind some folk must be; a one-eyed person would obviously be a help to them.
Let us hope that some major event will divert the wastage of the funds from their 'enclosed' system, with reports and funds making a circle.
I know that you will find other areas for your investigative journalism!
