Latest Carlessi spray cabinet

Carlessi will be present at ACLE and will highlight their latest spray cabinet, the rotary spray cabinet type 'Diamond'. Its main features include: stainless steel AISI 304 construction; large doors on the control side and on the suction side; easy access and use of the electric controls. The spray cabinet can be equipped with an internal water recycling system by electro-pump or with dry bottom (Diamond/S') or with static water system ('Diamond/ F').

Their anti-pollution group for spray fumes type 'DEP' is constructed from stainless steel AISI 304; has a centrifugal fan made of painted steel for fume collection; impinging baffles; new internal design allowing a better performance of fume abatement; automatic washing system with plastic balls inside the antipollution group (upon request).

The 'TSM/D' drying tunnel is a simple, well-proportioned tunnel, heated by steam, with a special air recycling movement. Main features: Length of each element: 2m; the air is circulated by means of an electric centrifugal fan fitted in the side casing; air distribution hood ensuring an even distribution of air over the whole length of the conveyor underneath; suction of the recycled air from the area under the hide transport conveyor creates a depression that keeps even the smallest and lightest hides from moving. Maximum advantage of ventilation making the drying process faster and more efficient without increasing temperature. It offers considerable energy and space saving and is equipped with: pipes for steam traps; one or more complete temperature control systems; one or more humid air extractors.
