Münzing provide Fun for Shoes
Fun for Shoes which reflects the new shoe concept of Münzing leather specialities for shoe upper leather is this year's highlight of Münzing's participation at ACLE. The company will exhibit leathers produced with Münzing wet process speciality chemicals produced with hides and skins of various origin.
In addition to their expertise for the car upholstery, upholstery and garment leather producers, Münzing at this time are focusing on state-of-the-art technology chemicals and processes for the production of modern shoe upper leathers in tanneries.
New products on show will be: Tafigal AS, an auxiliary to improve tensile and tear strength on all types of chrome leathers, particularly shoe upper leathers. All tanners having problems with tensile and tear strength while producing chrome leathers will notice a significant improvement when using Tafigal AS in the fatliquor mixture.
Metolat 1498 is a speciality to improve tensile and tear strength on chrome-free leathers. The use of Metolat 1498 results in significantly improved tensile and tear strength when used during the retanning/fatliquoring process of all types of chrome-free leathers.
Syncurol MAX, the latest novelty in lightweight, supersoft types of chrome leathers, is suitable especially for all softy types of leather when especially lightweight and supersoftness is required. Leathers fatliquored with Syncurol MAX do have an excellent light and heat fastness provided adequate retanning systems are used. Due to its extreme softening power it can be used in significantly reduced quantities when compared with standard fatliquoring systems. The Münzing leather technologists will be pleased to prove the Syncurol MAX quality advantages by doing trials and/or production in your tanneries.
Ombrellon 072, Ombrellon 073 and Ombrellon 2770 represent Münzing's new waterproof technology with excellent and constant waterproofing values and water vapour permeability as well as leathers with a round, full handle without grain looseness.
The Münzing leather team as well as their Asian agents look forward to receiving your challenges.
