Pneumatic hide stamping machine from Zwaans
Rapihit, suitable for marking hides and skins in any wet stage eg raw, pickle, wet-blue, dyed, will be displayed at the Zwaans stand in Shanghai.
The complete unit consists of a stamping machine in non-corrosive material, with special pneumatics, body in high-pressed aluminium and stainless steel pistons.
Features include a special plastic cutting plate which is easy to replace and a magazine with rapid exchange for up to nine characters either numbers or letters; a pneumatic spiral hose; 1 set of numbers from 0 - 9 in hardened, chromed steel with a cutting depth of 6mm.
The stamping machine is fitted with a balancing system for when the machine is suspended.
The stamping machine operates with a pressure from approx. 5 Atm. up to a maximum of 8 Atm (which ensures sufficient pressure!).
It is essential that compressed air, before entering into Rapihit, is cleaned, and goes through a water separator.
Optional extras include; additional set numbers 0 - 9, hardened steel stamps with a 6mm cut; single numbers; complete alphabet single letters; reduce-valve with oiler and water separator for the air pressure.
