Z&S will focus on shoe upper and automotive leathers

Zschimmer & Schwarz have a worldwide acknowledged professional competence for the field of the wet-end processes. All the auxiliaries for this area are produced in Germany, guaranteeing a constant high level of quality. In Shanghai Zschimmer & Schwarz will present a wide range of leathers and working methods, demonstrating the manifold use of their auxiliaries. The main focus of the presentation will be on different shoe upper and automotive leathers.

Two new Ensul types have been recently introduced. Ensul AM 80 is a versatile, electrolyte stable fatliquor mainly based on fish oil for all leather types. Ensul AMC is a high concentrated, electrolyte stable fish oil based fatliquor. Ensul AMC is very suitable for all automotive leather types achieving high softness and low total emission.

Prinol F-GB is a successfully introduced fatliquor for automotive leathers and all other soft leather types. Due to the chemical composition Prinol F-GB is stable against heat-yellowing, odourless and has low total emission.

For the production of the different shoe upper leather types, from light to heavy, from soft to hydrophobe, various products of the Dolagen, Pelgrassol, Pellastol and Provol range are on hand. Pellastol X is a new member of the shoe upper fatliquors. While giving good softness and a round handle, the grain remains tight.
