New premises for BASF Curtex
'As a result, we will be in a better position to help our customers in Valencia in the development of new applications and, at the same time, our customers will benefit from a comprehensive technical service,' says Thomas Sattler, who is responsible for BASF's global leather business. 'In this way, we are also underlining our commitment to the Spanish market.'
The new business premises are located close to one of the most important leather producers for the shoe and clothing industries and are easy to access by way of the main transport routes in the region.
'We see Valencia as an important leather centre in the long term and, therefore, want to face the challenges together with our customers,' says Luis Fañanás, head of the leather business at BASF Curtex, Spain.
