Production will continue at the same facilities and some of the present staff at DyStar will transfer to Heim so to continue the same level of high-quality products and advice that customers are used to.
Heim Leather Chem GmbH is an old family business. Klaus' grandfather, Franz, found Heim Lederchemie 60 years' ago and Klaus worked as marketing manager for many years until the business was sold. Heim's new offices, pilot plant and laboratory are in Eppstein im Taunus, just 20 minutes from Frankfurt airport. Hans Jörg Seliger has been appointed Product Manager, Leather Finishing with global responsibility for the company's products.
Heim's aim is to focus entirely on the company's proven strength: creative finishing systems that make unique leather. 'As specialists in this field, our aim is to set new milestones so we can create even more value for our customers. We will be delighted to continue to serve you.'
