Philippines capacity utilisation

The Philippines National Statistics Office reports that the Philippines' leather industry was operating at 82.8% of its total production capacity in September, compared with 83.5% in the same month in 2005. In comparison, the Philippines' manufacturing sector was operating at 80.2% capacity in September 2006.
