Serbian ten-month production and trade
Serbia's Statistical Office reports that the production of leather and leather products in Serbia in the first ten months of this year was 2.1% lower than in the same period in 2005. In comparison, the annual increase in industrial output in Serbia in the January to October period was 4.9%.
Serbia's Statistical Office reports that Serbia exported leather and leather products worth US$139 million in the first ten months of this year, as compared with US$109 million in the same period in 2005. Serbian imports of the same types of commodities in the January to October period were worth US$195 million, as against US$152 million in the corresponding period in 2005.
