Call for papers
The South African section of the Society of Leather Technologists and Chemists have issued a call for papers for their 57th annual convention which will be held in South Africa from June 8-10, 2007.
Papers are invited from those who have recently completed or will shortly be completing research studies relevant to the hide, skin and leather industry or those who are involved with or have interests in the industry. The proposed papers can be of a practical, scientific or socio-economic nature dealing with all issues affecting the hide, skin and leather industry.
Abstracts should be submitted by January 31, 2007, to:

Computer presentations should be limited to Microsoft MS, ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access. Time allowed per paper must be limited to 25 minutes.
All submissions will be considered and final acceptances advised to the parties concerned as soon as possible after receipt. Manuscripts based on the presentation are expected by April 1, 2007.
