Acquisition of Boehme Group completed

After approval of the relevant authorities, DyStar completed the acquisition of the Boehme Group on August 9, 2006. With the Boehme Group, DyStar broaden their extensive product offering for the textile industry and strengthen their position in the leather business.

Boehme have more than 700 employees worldwide. The acquisition includes all sixteen affiliates and eleven production sites in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Ecuador, Israel, Mexico, South Africa, Thailand and the USA. The headquarters are in Geretsried near Munich, Germany.
