Brazil cattle slaughter

Brazil's National Statistics Institute reports that a total of 7.53 million head of cattle were slaughtered in Brazil in the second quarter of this year, an increase of 6.32% compared with the first quarter of this year and 2.74% higher than in the second quarter in 2005.
