Sharjah to get Italian leather
Sharjah and an Italian exhibition organiser have come together to launch a trade exhibition for the footwear and leather accessories industry. Expo Centre Sharjah, which operates under the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), and Riva del Garda Fiere Congressi, an exhibition and conference centre in Italy's Trentino province, said they will jointly organise the trade event for the Middle East region.
An agreement was signed between the Italian firm's president Mauro Malfer and SCCI chairman Ahmad Mohammad Al Midfa. Expo Riva Schuh Middle East will be held at Expo Centre Sharjah in February next year.
