World Ostrich Congress 2007
The World Ostrich Congress 2007 will take place in Riga, Latvia on October 19 and 20, 2007. The organisers, the Latvian Ostrich Association, have chosen these dates to conveniently fall after the bi-annual meat fair, ANUGA, in Frankfurt, Germany (October 13-17, 2007).
Everybody is welcome to come and enjoy this event of mutual interchange of information about the ostrich industry. A further initiative is the free stands for any national ostrich association (the world ones are not included in this offer).
Alternatively, companies can hire a 2 x 2 metre stand for 220 euros. Stands for both national associations and private companies can be increased at a cost of 50 euros per square metre. The registration fee is 300 euros and places are limited.
