Buckman win training award
Buckman Laboratories are among winners in the 2007 Training Top 125. The Top 125 is a ranking of organisations that excel at human capital development - as determined each year by Training magazine. Buckman are recognized for making sizeable investments in their employees and for doing so strategically and creatively.
In order to select the winners, Training magazine's editorial staff conduct in-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative elements of the training programmes of leading organisations. The ranking for the Training Top 125 is based on factors such as:
